The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) is your local Las Vegas public transportation system. Servicing all of Southern Nevada’s transit needs, the RTC is not only a planning agency but also the regional traffic management agency for the region. Attempts at cutting congestion include biking, walking and mass transit systems. This includes the CAT (Citizen Area Transit) or bus system, Metropolitan Area Express, and the Deuce or double stacked bus system. Passes may be purchased online or via mail.
